“The Nine Tailors” donated to tower library

Pamela Pohling-Brown has kindly donated a copy of Dorothy Sayers’s The Nine Tailors to the tower library.  She noted that many ringers in the UK (as well as here in the US) were first introduced to ringing through this book.

The copy is from the seventh printing (January 1936) of the first edition, which was first published in January 1934.  We all thank her for her kind and generous gift.
